Crispin passed away with family by his side on September 22, 2026 at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 42 years.
He was predeceased by his father, Crescencio Arce. Crispin will be forever loved and deeply missed by his wife, Hersey, and their cherished daughter, Edith Reese.
He also leaves his mother, Editha, brothers, Gilbert, Victor, Francisco, Crisanto; sister, Wilfreda and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives he touched throughout the years.
Crispin was born and raised in General Santos, South Cotabato, Philippines. He attended Lagao National High School before continuing his education at the University of San Jose – Recoletos in Cebu and at the University of Winnipeg in Manitoba.
Crispin and Hersey met in Winnipeg, where their love story began, and they were married in May 2022. Together, they built a beautiful life centered on love, faith, and family. Crispin found great joy in running, serving the church, and, above all, spending precious time with his wife and daughter. His family was at the heart of his life, and the moments they shared were among his greatest treasures.
Crispin will be remembered for the love he gave, his devotion to his family and faith, and the many meaningful ways he touched the lives of those around him. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A private cremation has taken place and a funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, September 30 2026 at 10:00am at St. John Cantius Church, 846 Burrows ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba with Reverend Yolando Gamallo officiating.
A celebration of life will follow at Buffet Square, 2188 McPhillips St., Winnipeg, Manitoba. Family and friends are invited to gather together to share memories and celebrate Crispin’s life.
An intimate family interment, surrounded by those closest to him, will take place on October 3, 2026, at Living Waters Columbarium, 15 Columbia drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
