"If I could give 10 stars I would. Branch and Pyre cremation services has been amazing to deal with. From the moment I clicked on the link and filled out the form to receiving my mom’s ashes and death certificate everything was handled with the utmost respect and care to detail. My mom passed quickly and this was not something we had arranged. We really just needed a simple cremation had phoned almost all the other companies who wanted you to come in or were not transparent in pricing and all of them in Winnipeg area were way more. The pricing is a stated with Branch & Pyre with full transparency and no hidden costs or attempt to sell you something. All the other places had more than double the costs once you spoke to them with ridiculous fees for pick up and “caring” for the body before cremation and filing with the government. With Branch & Pyre it was all done for one cost and it was simple. Within 20 minutes of filling out the forms online I was contacted and able to ask any questions and then upon notification of her passing they were there to pick up body within an hour and I was kept informed a long the way of each step. The arrangements including online obituary and registration of death, transfer-fee, return cremation container and cremation fee was all one simple as agreed price. I have recommended Branch & Pyre to the care home and others as a place to deal with."
