Kimberly Doroshuk

February 15, 1959 - June 9, 2026

Kimberly Doroshuk, age of 67 , of Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away after a long battle with cancer on June 9th 2026, surrounded by family. She joins her mother, father and brother who she loved deeply. 

Born on February 15th 1959 in Winnipeg Manitoba. She will be deeply missed by her children Kristin (Kelsey), Joshua, Eric and Ben. Her siblings Cameron(Cindy) Sherwood (deceased) Trevor, Tally and Jennifer. Her grandchildren (kitties) Conan, Baby, Leo, Dobby, Luci, Kronk, Xena and Aiden as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Kimberly was known for her kindness, her love for nature and the resilience she had to keep going. Though her life was hard, she had a beautiful smile and loved making others smile. She was the strongest woman I know and pushed us to be the best people we could be. She had a passion for plants and everything that grows and found great joy in having bonfires and BBQs with her lovely children Kristin (Kelsey) and Joshua. 

Throughout their life, Kimberly graduated from the LPN program in 1986. She worked at Tache Nursing Centre and WRHA throughout her career. She was an incredibly passionate, kind and caring person which made her an amazing nurse. 

A special shout out to Maureen and the lovely staff at Riverview Health Centre. Your kind, caring and passionate staff made Kimberly’s stay there enjoyable. 

A private cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations will be kindly accepted for afterlife expenses. 

Kimberly will be forever remembered and deeply missed, but her love and legacy will live on in all who knew her and as she always said “It’s not goodbye, It’s see you later”
